Ilana Saltzbart

Ilana Saltzbart focuses on environmental law and litigation. As a partner in our Environmental practice, Ilana defends companies in governmental investigations or enforcement actions regarding environmental issues.

Ilana represents clients in investigations and enforcement actions initiated by the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Justice, and state environmental agencies such as the California Air Resources Board. She also counsels clients on environmental regulatory matters.

Before entering private practice in 2011, Ms. Saltzbart spent a decade as an attorney at EPA’s headquarters in Washington, D.C. In her tenure at EPA, Ilana was involved in the enforcement of several environmental laws, including the Clean Air Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and the Toxic Substances Control Act, among others.
