She operates a market-leading transactional practice in the private equity space, covering a wide range of M&A and financing mandates, along with fund formation experience.
Samantha is a former member of the Management Committee in the Toronto office and formerly served as Co-Head of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups.
