Sam’s practice area spans the globe, including the United States, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, and it’s his broad sector and multijurisdictional experience that allows him to help clients navigate disputes in any forum. He has experience with all of the major arbitral rules and works with clients on mitigating risks through strategic clause drafting. Sam also assists clients in preventing disputes and in post-award proceedings, including judgment enforcement. He is currently co-chairing CPR’s joint task force on best practices in arbitrating life sciences disputes and is the secretary of CPR’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Committee. Sam has also written on a variety of topics related to risk prevention and mitigation, including clause drafting, award enforcement, and product liability law updates.
