S Wade Angus

Wade Angus has represented clients for more than 25 years in cross-border M&A, joint ventures, private equity, and restructuring transactions in the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. He has extensive experience in cross-border M&A and private equity transactions in Brazil and throughout Latin America in the automotive, energy, infrastructure, financial services, and telecommunications sectors. Wade represented ENGIE in its $8.6 billion acquisition of pipeline operator TAG from Petrobas. He is a frequent speaker on M&A and regularly authors articles on cross-border M&A. He is a member of the board of directors of the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce.
