Katherine’s real estate and business practice focuses on representing local, regional, and national clients in connection with their commercial transactions here in Florida including, but not limited to, land acquisition and development, entity formation, leasing, financing, survey, and title insurance matters.

Katherine actively represents automobile dealerships, with a particular emphasis on dealership acquisitions and dispositions and related real property transactions. Katherine has represented a NYSE dealership group as lead real estate counsel in multiple portfolio acquisitions over the years including a portfolio of over 70 dealership properties.

She is immediate Past Chair of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar.
