Career
Eric J. Hall is a Shareholder in the Corporate and Transactional Practice Group of Hill Ward Henderson. Mr. Hall has practiced with the firm for more than 16 years. His corporate practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, but he also has experience with matters involving securities law, corporate governance, general corporate law and other business transactions.
Mr. Hall has represented both public and privately-held companies and owners in various types of merger and acquisition transactions, including forward and reverse mergers, stock/equity purchases and sales, and asset purchases and sales. He also has counseled public companies, private equity firms and their portfolio companies in matters related to the implementation of corporate acquisition, reorganization and divestiture strategies.
Mr. Hall is experienced with speaking about merger and acquisition and other business law topics at seminars and other events. He is a member of the Florida Bar Business Law Section and the Mergers & Acquisitions Committee of the American Bar Association Business Law Section. Mr. Hall is a member of the firm’s Management Committee.
