Over the past 25 years, Troy Fuhrman has defended national and international clients in high stakes product liability and mass tort litigation at all levels of state and federal court. Troy’s practice focuses on representing clients in the pharmaceutical, technology, commercial, and consumer product manufacturing sectors.

Troy recently served as lead counsel for an international corporation regarding an industry-wide constitutional challenge presented to the Florida Supreme Court, and he leads the firm’s Tobacco Litigation Group. In this capacity, he serves as both Trial and Case Managing Counsel for R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company in over one thousand cases pending in the state. Troy has also served as court-appointed Liaison Counsel for tobacco litigants throughout the state.
