Ryan Millmore

Ryan Millmore is the highly regarded head of our Business Restructuring and Insolvency team and as Joint Managing Partner, he works with the management board to help further develop the business and client relationships.

Working closely with our clients across the UK, Ryan is known for being ‘technically excellent’ and advises across the full spectrum of corporate restructuring and insolvency both from a contentious and non-contentious aspect. Ryan regularly acts for insolvency practitioners and creditors or businesses and individuals facing financial difficulties. Ryan also works with a number of financial institutions, most notably in the alternate and asset-based lending market.

Ryan has a particular specialism and excellent reputation for dealing with business restructures and turnarounds as well as corporate insolvencies including administrations, administrative receiverships and liquidations.

Ryan has handled numerous high-profile and complex restructures and administrations, most notably in the retail, manufacturing, haulage, construction, sport and leisure sectors.
