Lindsay has an excellent reputation and particular expertise in residential property development projects acting for both landowners and developers, dealing with all aspects of site assembly, land acquisition, onward disposals and lettings for both residential and mixed-use schemes. Her strategic land experience spans advice and negotiation of conditional, often multi-party, land contracts, options, planning promotion agreements and complex overage arrangements.

Lindsay acts for clients across a diverse range of business sectors and heads up the retail sector team at Clarion.
