Matthew heads up Clarion’s commercial team, covering commercial contracts, technology, data protection and supply chain compliance. Matthew is also a member of the Lexis©PSL Commerical Consulting Editorial Board.

Matthew advises businesses on a full range of technology, commercial and outsourcing contract matters across a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, retail, logistics and digital services.

Matthew also leads our Data Privacy team, advising on data protection and privacy issues arising in respect of commercial transactions, technology arrangements and commercial contract matters. This work extends to advising on stand-alone compliance queries, supporting corporate transactions, e-commerce, commercial contracts and investigations.
