-Advises clients on a broad spectrum of complex domestic and international projects, financings and corporate initiatives involving all aspects of real estate and energy transactions, drawing on his extensive experience in project finance, development and construction to achieve strategic objectives across all property types and asset classes.

-Represents clients in challenging and sophisticated deals involving acquisition and disposition, joint ventures, commercial and industrial development and leasing, life sciences and pharmaceutical production facilities, tech headquarters and campus facilities, data centers, utility infrastructure, public private partnerships, economic development incentives, related disputes resolution, mediation, arbitration and litigation.

-Counsels clients on developing state-of-the-art facilities for production, transmission, distribution, and storage of electricity and renewable energy, related environmental and sustainability upgrades.
