Rosario specialises in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and private equity, and has significant expertise in joint ventures and multi-jurisdictional transactions. He is asked to represent some of the largest Italian and multinational companies and to handle complex transactions that require a sophisticated approach. Rosario was the Office Partner, responsible for the Milan office from 2010 to 2014 and is currently the Head of the firm’s India Desk.
