Energy & Infrastructure: The firm has developed considerable expertise in these areas and advises several leading overseas and Italian independent energy companies. Work categories include project finance, infrastructure projects, distribution, regulatory compliance, licensing, concession and bidding agreements, along with the purchase and the development of green and brown field projects.
Environmental Law: The firm’s lawyers advise on authorisation procedures and regulatory matters, litigation and negotiations in the environmental and energy sectors.
