Rosario Zaccà, co-managing partner of the international law firm Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners, was elected to membership of the Council of Management Board of the Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IICCI) for his second consecutive term.
The appointment took place at the Chamber’s General Assembly held in Mumbai.
 
Rosario Zaccà will bring to the Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry his significant expertise gained in the extensive international operations of Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners.
 
Of particular interest, Rosario was the founder of the Firm’s India Desk, a team of professionals with a deep knowledge of the local regulatory environment engaged in providing assistance to Indian companies in developing their business in Italy and Italian companies in their investments in India. Rosario Zaccà is an expert in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
 
The Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, with offices in Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkata, Bengaluru, and Chennai, is an association of Indian and Italian professionals, intermediaries and companies, whose aim is to support the establishment and development of industrial and commercial collaboration between India and Italy in the furtherance of the economic interests of both countries.
