He is an adjunct professor of commercial law at the Lumsa University in Rome, member of the Scientific Committee of the review “La Gestione Straordinaria delle Imprese” published by Eutekne and author of several articles in relation to corporate matters on specialised law reviews.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
