A pensions adviser by background, Ros focuses primarily on de-risking transactions in the Life Insurance sector including bulk annuities, longevity swaps, longevity and funded reinsurance. She has experience advising all key stakeholders and whether you are a trustee, sponsoring employer, insurer or reinsurer, Ros has a detailed understanding of how to help you navigate a complex transaction successfully.
Ros also advises pension scheme trustees and sponsors on a range of pensions and benefit matters including scheme mergers, rules re-writes and domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, and insurers and reinsurers on regulatory matters including compliance with Solvency II matching adjustment requirements.
Ros's transactional work includes advising on the pensions and benefits aspects of both domestic and cross-border corporate transactions.
