Career

Ronan is a partner in Ogier's Dispute Resolution team in Ireland. A commercial litigator with more than 17 years' experience of high value complex disputes, his specialist areas include: financial services, funds, banking and securities, restructuring and insolvency, regulation and compliance, debt and security enforcement, shareholder and corporate, pensions, directors and officers liability, and intellectual property and reputation management.

Ronan is an expert at project managing complex and high value claims in the Commercial Division of the High Court, Court of Appeal and before the ICC International Court of Arbitration. He has worked on some of Ireland's largest and most complicated financial services disputes, several which have set important precedents for the financial services industry in Ireland. Precise and uncompromising in his high standards, he understands what is required to get the best result for his clients.
