Career
Daniel is an experienced advocate, with expertise in asset preservation (freezing and charging orders), company and personal insolvency matters, banking, arbitrations and enforcement. He has also acted for several high net worth individuals.
Before joining Ogier, Daniel practised as a barrister for over 12 years at Three Stone, the Chambers of John McDonnell KC. He has acted in a wide variety of commercial disputes in the High Court and Court of Appeal, specialising in contractual interpretation. Daniel remains a door-tenant at Three Stone.
Since joining Ogier, Daniel has acted for the joint liquidators of Three Arrows Capital Ltd, a cryptocurrency hedge fund previously valued at over US$3 billion and advised on other company and insolvency matters in the BVI.
