Ronald Lovelace

Ron Lovelace is a partner in Proskauer’s Global Finance Group, and a member of the Firm’s Leveraged Finance team.

Ron’s practice focuses on representing lead arrangers and administrative agents in middle market syndicated cash flow facilities, often in support of acquisitions by sponsors and strategic acquisitions. He also has strong experience in syndicated ABL facilities and unsecured and investment grade credit facilities.

Ron’s two decades of experience spans a number of industries, including retail, media, healthcare, defense, telecom, professional sports and energy.
