Aaron Lee

Aaron Lee is a partner in Proskauer's Tax Department. Aaron works predominantly on transaction tax matters, with extensive experience in structuring of domestic and international private investment funds and advising on their investments and operational issues, as well as structuring taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions. Aaron also advises fund sponsors in complex GP-led fund restructurings and secondary transactions.

In addition, Aaron regularly advises operating companies on a broad range of tax issues and counsels sports leagues on various tax matters relating to formation, operations and team expansions.
