Dr. Roland Fischer is a Counsel at our Zurich office and specialises in domestic and cross-border restructuring and insolvency proceedings. He acts for creditors and debtors in both in-court and out-of-court transactions and advises board members on fiduciary duties in distress situations. His practice further includes derivatives where he advises on netting and collateral matters.
