Rodrigo is one of the founding partners and managing partner of Vella Pugliese Buosi e Guidoni Advogados. A member of Dentons’ Global Board and Global Advisory Committee, Rodrigo is also Global Sector Leader, Private Equity and Venture Capital.

With over 27 years of experience, his practice is focused on Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity Investments, Project Finance, Capital Markets and Real Estate. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions, particularly in roll-up, project finance and complex commercial transactions around the world for national and international companies and groups from a wide range of industries, particularly in health care, education, infrastructure among many others.

His international legal experience includes Proskauer Rose and Cleary Gottlieb, both in New York - USA. Rodrigo holds a LLM at Georgetown University and Member of the Georgetown Law Center, Latin American Alumni Advisory Board, 2022.
