Denise Salles is a partner in the Corporate & Finance practice and the Compliance practice at Vella, Pugliese, Buosi e Guidoni Advogados. With more than 25 years of experience, she represents national and international clients in a wide range of industries, such as life sciences, payment services, construction, infrastructure, real estate, financial services and energy. Denise has extensive experience in corporate law, corporate transactions, contracts, foreign investment, and in compliance related matters, with focus on internal investigations, due dilligences, risk assessments, trainings and structuring of compliance programs.
