Roberto H. Crouzel is a partner at Beccar Varela, where he co-heads the Corporate and M&A Department. He is a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee.
His practice areas include M&A, general advice, banks & financial institutions, debt restructuring, and project finance. He has ample experience in international transactions, as well as in advising companies of various industries, including financial services, telecommunications, and natural resources. Roberto obtained his Law degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires (1984). He has participated in a number of courses at the Universidad Católica Argentina, Universidad Austral, Harvard Business School University, and the International Association of the Developing Right, among others. He worked as a foreign associate at Holme, Roberts & Owen (USA, 1996).
