Rob’s key clients include ASX 100 clients: Woodside, Santos, APA Group, AGL and Origin. Rob is focused on ensuring energy security for the future, guiding clients on new energy and decarbonisation initiatives in support of the energy transition.
Work Highlights
In 2023, Robert’s work included advising:
• JERA on the acquisition of a 15.1% interest in the Scarborough Gas Project from Woodside Energy for a consideration of around US$1.4 billion.
• Origin Energy on the proposed scheme of arrangement involving Brookfield, EIG and their co-investors.
• Santos and its partners in the Bayu-Undan and Darwin LNG Project on LNG tolling arrangements with the Barossa Joint Venture and on the proposed development of the Bayu-Undan Carbon Capture & Storage Project.
• AGL Energy on the sale of its interest in the Moranbah Gas Project and North Queensland Energy Assets to Queensland Pacific Minerals.
• Several gas producers on the $12/GJ price cap in eastern Australia and and Gas Market Mandatory Code.
