Robert Malone

Mr. Malone handles all aspects of bankruptcy and insolvency law, with an emphasis on complex corporate reorganizations, out-of-court restructurings, and bankruptcy litigation. He has notable experience representing various parties in corporate reorganizations, including official committees for unsecured creditors and bondholders, debtors-in-possession, trustees under Chapters 11 and 7, secured creditors and lenders, indenture trustees, buyers of assets, lessors, and other major creditors.
