He has extensive experience in cross-border and multi-jurisdictional claims. He is called to the bar of the Eastern Caribbean and Trinidad & Tobago and frequently appears in courts in the UAE. He has been appointed as an arbitrator in ad hoc, ICC and LCIA arbitrations and frequently acts as Counsel in arbitrations. He has been appointed as a mediator in a number of high-value commercial disputes and as a Construction Act Adjudicator.
