Practice Areas
Richard is an experienced Junior, with an established practice in commercial, chancery and insolvency work. Richard’s practice includes the following areas: general commercial litigation, contractual disputes and sale of goods; insolvency (both corporate and individual, acting for office holders, debtors and creditors) and asset recovery; professional negligence; company and partnership (including minority shareholders actions, unfair prejudice petitions and directors’ disqualification); and banking and finance, including personal guarantees and mortgages.
Richard has been on the Attorney General’s Regional Panel of Counsel since 2015 and is currently on the Regional A Panel
