His recent reported cases include success in an unlawful means conspiracy and breach of restrictive covenant claim in Etta Healthcare v Steven Aimson & Ors [2024] EWHC 1209 (Ch), successfully resisting an appeal against summary judgment for over £2.5 million against a guarantor in Hope Capital 2 Ltd v Jones [2024] EWHC 1308 (Ch) and also successfully challenging the purported expulsion of over 50 members of a well-known club in Jenkinson and McHale v Rotherham Rugby Club [2024] EWHC 1017 (Ch).
A member of the Attorney General’s Regional panel since 2015, Andrew has been on the A Panel since its inception and regularly deals with company, insolvency and property matters in that role. He was appointed to the Legal Services Panel of the Government of the Virgin Islands in 2024.
