Richard Siddle is a partner in the Finance Group of Walkers' Singapore office. Richard has 18 years of experience advising on cross-border debt finance transactions, including acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance, structured finance, debt restructurings and general corporate lending. Richard has a particular focus on fund finance and regularly represents both lenders and sponsors with respect to capital call financings, NAV and hybrid facilities and GP/Management facilities. He advised National Australia Bank Limited in relation to a sustainability-linked subscription line credit facility for funds managed by PAG's Private Debt strategy, which was the largest of its kind for a private credit fund in Asia-Pacific and the first to feature a sustainability-linked framework with multiple targets.
