Adam is a partner in the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dispute Resolution Group in Walkers' Singapore office.
He advises on British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands and Bermuda law. He has a range of commercial and civil litigation experience including: complex multi-jurisdictional disputes, shareholder and fund disputes, forum and jurisdiction challenges, unfair prejudice proceedings, fraud and asset tracing claims, freezing orders and other forms of interim relief, and recognising and enforcing foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
Adam also has experience in contentious and non-contentious restructuring of companies and partnerships. He advises on all types of formal appointments for insolvency officeholders. As well as this he helps creditors, debtors, private equity and hedge funds, and other advisors, with insolvent or distressed situations.
Previously, Adam worked in the litigation restructuring department of another leading offshore firm in the British Virgin Islands. Before that he was a solicitor in London.
