Richard Rainey is a first-chair IP litigator who has led numerous high-profile technology cases in district courts, the ITC, and at the Federal Circuit. Mr. Rainey has been the go-to lawyer for major technology companies facing critical battles, helping numerous companies prevail in complex, high-technology and life sciences litigation. Mr. Rainey is further a well-recognized, leading advocate for IP disputes throughout the appellate process, having handled more than 75 appeals to the Federal Circuit and assisted clients with Supreme Court review.
