Renátus is leading the Banking and Finance department of the Allen & Overy’s Bratislava office. He has over 20 years of experience in advising on restructuring and insolvency matters, corporate finance, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, project and real estate finance transactions. He regularly acts as a trusted adviser to both domestic and foreign financial institutions, debtors as well as corporate clients.

Renátus has participated in the preparation of key legislation on restructuring, bankruptcy and collateral in Slovakia.
