He handles commercial disputes and liability and enforcement cases on behalf of financial institutions, energy and technology companies, airlines and large industrial groups.

He regularly contributes to legal reviews with articles both on litigation and arbitration. A member of the Paris Bar since 1995, he speaks French and English fluently and holds a postgraduate degree in private law. Rémi also lectures on contract law at the Institute of Business Law at the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas.
