Rémi Kleiman

Kleiman is a senior partner at Eversheds Sutherland in France, where he heads the French Litigation and Dispute Management Practice. He specialises in domestic and cross-border commercial litigation and has extensive experience in assisting clients in complex contract litigation as well as in product liability actions.

Remi has gained numerous technical expertise over the last 25 years and has substantial experience in acting for French and international companies in various sectors. He handles commercial disputes and liability and enforcement cases on behalf of financial institutions, energy and technology companies, airlines and large industrial groups.

He regularly contributes to legal reviews with articles both on litigation and arbitration. A member of the Paris Bar since 1995, he speaks French and English fluently and holds a postgraduate degree in private law. Rémi also lectures on contract law at the Institute of Business Law at the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas.
