Reilly Moore

Reilly counsels employers on OSHA compliance, traditional labor matters and complex employment law issues. His practice focuses on workplace safety and union issues, including safety policy development, OSHA citation defense, union organizing campaigns, and unfair labor practice litigation. Reilly enjoys working with employers to solve everyday employment law issues and handles employment litigation, including state and federal discrimination and wage and hour matters.

Reilly regularly assists companies across energy, healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, and retail industries defending OSHA citations and developing preventative workplace safety policies and programs. Reilly has experience representing clients in high-stakes OSHA incident response and litigation, including employee fatalities, willful citations and OSHA’s Severe Violator Enforcement Program.

In his traditional labor practice, Reilly represents clients throughout the life cycle of union campaigns, from responding to petitions to developing campaign strategy and handling election or unfair labor practice litigation. Reilly has written administrative comments and amicus briefs for both OSHA and NLRB proposed rules, including OSHA’s worker walkaround rule and the NLRB’s joint employer rules. He also handled traditional employment discrimination and wage and hour matters.
