He helps clients chart a course through the multiple changing EPA regulations under the Clean Air Act, the Toxic Substances Control Act, Clean Water Act, and other environmental statutes. His in-depth experience and knowledge on pivotal environmental regulation for climate, air, water, and chemicals, as well as his contacts in the federal government, enable the highest quality advocacy.

Matt also provides pragmatic and strategic compliance solutions for project permitting and operations throughout the country. Matt is able to provide deep insight into permitting processes of federal and multiple state agencies, enabling clients to navigate compliance.
