Chan is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar. Prior to joining MOLITOR, Chan worked at firms in Luxembourg, Brussels and New York.

Chan has extensive experience in corporate and corporate finance transactions. His principal fields of activity are mergers and acquisitions, cross-border reorganisation centred in Luxembourg, and implementation of complex corporate structures involving multiple jurisdictions. Chan regularly represents large groups of companies in the US, Europe, Asia, international financial institutions and private equity and venture capital houses in corporate and finance matters. He also has particular expertise in the coordination of multi-jurisdiction transactions involving foreign counsels and other advisors.
