Philippe has a long-standing record of specialising in insolvency and corporate and fund litigation matters. He advises a broad range of stakeholders on complex financial distress situations, combining technical legal expertise with a pragmatic understanding of commercial realities. His work spans both contentious and non-contentious matters, with a particular focus on guiding clients through periods of financial difficulty while preserving value and mitigating risk.
He also has several mandates as a trustee in bankruptcy and has been appointed as the judicial liquidator of a number of large Luxembourg umbrella funds and is involved in significant proceedings both domestically and internationally. He also advises local and international clients in respect of corporate transactional and private equity-related disputes.
