Armel is an accomplished litigator and acts as legal counsel for a wide array of institutional and corporate clients before arbitration tribunals and Luxembourg judicial courts. Over the years, she has demonstrated her natural talent for negotiation and pleadings. and has successfully dealt with an extensive range of intricate legal issues (such as shareholder disputes, banking liability and director liability).
Armel is also highly regarded for her sound knowledge in banking, insolvency, commercial and financial law. She advises on cross-border and domestic financing, and assists lenders and corporate clients on restructuring deals involving the enforcement of Luxembourg security interests and she acts for creditors in insolvency matters for both regulated and unregulated Luxembourg based entities.
