The financings she is involved with span a wide-array of industries, such as food and agribusiness, manufacturing, retail, technology and construction. Ms. Chaffin is experienced in structuring complex transactions involving collateral of many types, including monetized contract rights, government contracts, capital campaign pledge receipts and off-shore collateral. Ms. Chaffin also regularly represents lenders and borrowers in tax-exempt financings, as well as trustees in tax-exempt and corporate bond transactions.
