Rebecca has served as trial counsel in multiple successful bench and jury trials in federal and state courts across the country.
Rebecca represents clients in a wide range of high-stakes and complex commercial litigation matters, with particular experience representing clients in multidistrict litigation. Rebecca's broad practice encompasses a diverse set of disputes, including Lanham Act, false advertising, unfair competition, consumer protection, contract, and tort claims.
