Rébecca Dorasamy is a partner based in our Geneva office, where she is a member of the Tax group. She is a certified tax expert and holds an LL.M. in International Tax Law from the International Tax Center of Leiden University. Rébecca advises corporations and their employees on all aspects of Swiss and international tax law, including complex restructurings of MNEs, international dispute resolution, as well as employee participation plans. She also advises Swiss and international families with respect to their global tax and estate planning needs.
Rébecca is a frequent speaker at professional tax conferences and publishes regularly in various areas of Swiss and international tax law. She also lectures and is part of the exam commission for the Swiss Tax Expert Certificate.
