Rebecca Cockcroft

Rebecca represents entrepreneurs, professionals and homemakers alike and relishes the intellectual challenges that come with having a wide ranging and diverse practice. She acts for figures in the public eye, including media and film, and is regularly instructed in City-based divorces (hedge funds, leading investment banks and magic circle law firms) but is also skilled in the fight for wives left at the raw end of decisions taken during the marriage.

Rebecca’s no-nonsense approach, dedication and kindness keeps her clients focused and she works hard to ensure an outcome which they thought unattainable at the commencement of proceedings, on both an emotional and financial level. Rebecca is adept at resolving matters privately and away from the spotlight of the court and press.

Rebecca is a founding member of the Tatler Address Book Advisory and a member of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL).
