Emilly Williams

Emilly is a dispute resolution associate specialising in contentious trusts and probate litigation. She also has experience in complex international trust and probate administration.

Emilly advises clients in relation to litigation and how to avoid it. She focuses on advising private individuals on disputes involving trusts, wills and estates, commercial disputes including fraud, partnership litigation and arbitration, minority shareholder actions, tax litigation and misrepresentation.

She has advised on matters in the English Courts and internationally in the BVI, Cayman and Liechtenstein.

Emilly is treasurer of ConTrA (the Contentious Trusts Association), which was founded in 2015 to encourage knowledge sharing and networking between junior associates and barristers and now has in excess of 750 members.
