Sarah specialises in fast-paced transactions and deal with mainly prime and super prime, leasehold and freehold properties, which are frequently situated in the London area.

For over 17 years Sarah has represented a broad range of private individuals including HNW’s and UHNW’s in order to purchase their desired home and also investors and companies that wish to expand their residential property portfolios.

The London property market is exceptionally fast-paced and there is always a high demand for properties leading to a lot of competition. Sarah relishes being pro-active and working quickly to secure properties for her clients and the challenges this often presents. Every transaction is unique and a bespoke solution is quite often required both commercially and legally.
