His experience includes complex international and cross-border insolvencies, formal and informal debt workouts and restructurings, receiverships, bankruptcies, Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act restructurings and Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act proposals. Raj also acts for lenders and secured creditors in secured financing and asset based lending transactions and purchasers of assets and shares in insolvency proceedings and distress situations.
