Partner. He is specialist in negotiating and drafting all kinds of commercial contracts, particularly for acquisitions, association, mergers and spin-offs of companies; and in negotiating and closing all kinds of corporate agreements and transactions. Mr. Segura has particular expertise in leveraged buyouts (LBOs), management buyouts (MBOs), management buy-ins (MBIs), and buy-in management buyouts (BIMBOs), and advises all types of corporate investors, particularly venture capital and private equity companies. He also specializes in corporate governance, in particular, in relation to family businesses.

Career

He lectured at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and in postgraduate courses at ESADE Business & Law School, and he frequently speaks at courses, seminars and conferences.
