José Manuel Llamazales advises national and international clients on mergers and acquisitions transactions, including coordinating due diligence processes, transactional contract negotiation and other corporate matters.

He also advises clients on national and international financing transactions, contracts on project development, restructuring processes and other corporate transactions.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked as a visiting lawyer at the Shearman & Sterling office in New York, and as a partner of a leading firm in Santiago de Chile.
