He represents eminent business houses, developers, investors, lenders, real estate funds in diverse real estate and infrastructure transactions. He has experience of having advised on conventional real estate projects and transactions as well as on various financing structures, FDI-related aspects, legal and technical issues in the Indian real estate sector. He has earned a strong reputation for advising clients in unique “built to suit” transactions.

He regularly advises various lenders and clients, including Brookfield Asset Management, Macquarie Capital, EverStone Group, IndoSpace, ESR Warehousing Park Limited, GE Renewables, JSW Energy, Engie, HDFC and AB Mauri, in relation to the majority of their investments and real estate portfolio across India. His recent transactions include providing advisory to Piramal Capital and Housing Finance Limited (PCHFL) in relation to their successful bid and submission of the resolution plan for the entire lending, real estate portfolio of Dewan Housing Finance Limited (DHFL).
